it says, "good at participating locations", but does not tell which locations. It was in the newspaper flyers. I live in Georgia. Sorry, I don't know if it would be good in other states.

neko, if you had bid and no one out bids you she takes the credits. that is how listia works she can still send the coupon if interested however if not interested it is not her fault you bid and then changed your mind. which means listia states that she gets to keep the credits
