for part's only will not bot up you get 2 battier's a cd rom driver & a floppy disk driver
don't why it won't bot up pluged it in one day & didn't get a thing to happen. plus i forgot the recharger come's with it to. had the charger checked out & it is ok.

no free shipping do to out of money paypal or postal money order's only no cash please. it will shipped in medium flat rate box $12.00 dollar's

Take the battery out completely, then plug in the laptop. Let us know if it boots.

Just a couple of questions.

What if any lights come on when you try to boot the unit up, and if so; do any appear to be illuminated as a series of blinks?
Are there a series of beeps when you make such an attempt?

Three final questions.
Have you tried an alternate power supply?

In your description you did not list the Ram Memory cards, or the Hard Drive (HDD), did you mean to exclude those two primary components?

Could you please supply the Serial Number so I can establish a list of the components installed at the time of manufacture?

You'll find it in one of three places, all are located on the bottom of the unit. Either on a visible sticker, under the battery, or on the back of the small door covering your RAM memory.

Sounds like motherboard gone
and if someone tried to put XP in it that probably used every bit of the harddrive space

just a reminder- if you have done personal info on it -i recommend taking out the hard drive because thats where indentity theft startes-just watching out for you-fan and watching
