The listing, found in attic, a pair of angel (cherub style) vintage candle holders has ended.

as some of you may know, i was very close w/my grams until she passed away; i was 13 years old. at age 18, my mom died and my lil sister & i went to live w/our aunt & uncle. the house was sold, along w/most of the furniture & big item stuff but all of my mom & gram's personal belongings were stored in my auntie's attic. it took several years before i was emotionally ready to part w/any of their things because everything has some kind of memory to it soooo in the past 2 years, i've been SLOWLY cleaning out the attic, box by box, and separating things we're keeping and posting the others here on listia.

with all that said, these candle holders were in one of the boxes; i think it was my grams because i don't recall ever seeing them in our house. i don't know what they're made from but i don't think it's plastic unless it's like a hard acrylic type..? they are solid pieces and no name or date. that's about all i can describe.

I collected angels in the past and my ex either broke or stoled most of them, so I got to start all over. I have 2 boys and they do come first though. They are my angels from god. God bless you and your sister and families.

yes... it's difficult; almost everything has a memory of some kind but it's been five years and there's sooooo much stuff. my sister n i can't keep it all and i would rather give it to someone than to leave it packed in a box in a dark attic. makes me feel a lil better

oooh yah.. thank you very much. i'm sure i will hold you to it too :o) as i have lots of things upcoming to list. the value is really not an issue w/me; my sister n i are holding on to the sacred stuff n my auntie has put all the expensive jewelry & heirlooms in a safety deposit box at the bank. so it's just a slow process of going through each box. i can only handle like 2 boxes n then my eyes get all watery n have to stop. it's very emotional.
