$50 GameStop Gift Card (2 - $25 Each)

Here it is as promised!! I apologize for it being on two cards - they didn't have any larger amounts for me to choose from.

Hopefully by now you all can rest assured that you will receive exactly what you see by the feedback from my other auctions (including several gift card auctions).

As soon as the auction ends I will send the gift card claim code immediately to the winner via their Listia email and/or mail them out the next business day.

Thank you so much for stopping by and good luck if you decide to bid!!!

Definitely :) It's the winner's choice how they want to receive them - I can either send the claim code immediately through Listia email at the end of the auction AND/OR send the actual cards out in the mail the next business day following the end of the auction :) Thank you so much for bidding!! Good luck!!

Generally people assume 1000 credits = $1 If a person has to purchase credits to win something they really want & don't have enough credits $5 gets you only 1500 credits! I've actually had to do that a couple times for something I wanted bad enough - only good thing is that if you do buy credits to bid on a specific auction & still lose, Listia will refund your money (and take the credits back of course). So if a person were to purchase 60,000 credits for GIN even at Listia's discounted rates(more you buy less you pay) it would still cost a person $85 for 55,000 credits. Personally I tend to judge credits at approx 50cents per 1000 credits, but everyone sees it differently. It all depends on what a specific item is worth to a certain person. I hope this helps. I certainly looked at the credit $$ amount differently when I saw what they cost to buy, but then Ive sold items for WAY too low and Ive also gotten WAY more on a few than I thought I would! Lol. Ive been "playing" on this site for a long time & have enjoyed it. Only dealt with a cpl bad apples out there!

I agree with everything you've said. However, people ought to realize that Listia IS going to charge an asine amount to buy credits - for one, because they can and two, because they need to make a profit too. I'm not a big fan of purchasing the credits just for that reason. I feel that the 60k GIN is a fair amount for $50 at GameStop - and I also understand that many people may not see it the same way as I do. I'm not trying to sound harsh but if someone doesn't like the GIN that's find because I'm not forcing anyone to get it. I guess it's not noticed that I set my starting bid at 100 credits instead of some crazy amount. I am completely fine with whatever I get out of this whether it be 20k or 60k. However, if someone doesn't want to wait until the end then it's their choice to GIN it or not. I chose 60k because when I looked at other $50 gift cards (non-amazon) I kept coming across GINs for 65k. So I thought 60k was fair enough especially since I spent my own cash to buy these - they weren't a gift from someone. I bought them specifically for here.

But with all of that said, I really just want everyone to have fun. If the GIN is too high then wait until the end (didn't make this a long auction either). Shoot, you could buy the Halo 4 game for only $10 if they wanted! I don't expect to have this GIN'd and I am perfectly fine with whatever this ends at. That's the beauty of Listia - it's all a gamble per se. I hope I didn't come across harsher than I intended. I just wanted to sort of explain my views on it. Thank you all so much for your interest and I wish you all the best of luck if you decide to bid!!

I am so happy to see this auction. So sad I can't afford it. I think that people fussing about a GIN is silly. It is an option, you don't like it, don't use it. Personally I like that it is there, if I could afford it, I would use it because I am an instant gratification type of person.
You cannot please everyone all the time, so if 2-3 people are fussing while 79 people are watching, you are as Charlie would say "WINNING"

Thank you so much! I really appreciate you're point of view on the GIN - and it's nice to know that I'm not totally out of line with what I said. I really don't want anyone to think that I was being rude or anything like that - I really want everyone to be happy and I do absolutely everything I can to achieve that. But I am also very aware that you just can't please everyone - there's always going to be those that don't like something no matter what. I try to be fair with all of my auctions and if I do set a GIN that may seem a little high, I will in return set my starting bid low so that maybe others can have a shot at it.

But anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for your comment - it made me feel much better. Please don't worry about not having enough credits for this one because I generally do gift cards every couple of weeks - and this is my second GameStop auction so I will most likely do another one in the future. I'm also very open to requests or suggestions on what gift cards to list. I almost did a $50 Best Buy gift card instead of this GameStop one - so maybe I'll do that as my next one. Again, thank you so much! I fanned you - hope to see you around again :)

I think the gin is fine for the fact that you had to pay $50 for the cards. If it was something you might just had laying around then that might be different. But it falls down to this is selling ether way and you don't want to give it away free and loose out on. We want to get as much as possible. If I had 60k I would gin 2 days ago but I'm just starting out. So i hope you do thin in the future because I will be here. I thank you and have a great day. F&w
