In your product update you corrected your HDD capacity, "Hard drive is 40GB, not 250". The unit was constructed with a 250GB HDD, perhaps you were looking at available free space not total space?

My only remaining questions would be, is the Office 2010 the full version or a factory installed starter version (not shown in your units factory specs), and if the latter; will the software part of the total auction package?

Could you provide the Serial Number on the unit so I can run this specific units component specs?

This will generally be located on the same sticker containing this models part number, and can be located on either the bottom of the unit or inside the battery compartment. If not found there then it will be on the back of the small door covering your RAM memory cards, which is also located on the bottom of the unit.

This number only provides one with the specific part types and numbers that are installed in the unit, as well as any recommended upgrades available; it does not reveal any info pertaining to either current or past owners.
