I Luv being a troll sometimes...
You will need: clear nail polish, scissors, and your favorite color glow stick.
1. Crack glow stick completely
2. (Open nail polish) cut off both ends of stick and quickly pour into polish
3. Shake well, and paint on to nails regularly!
