yes, but it is illegal to put cd or dvd through media mail only books or any kind of reading material like if it is a book w/a record or tape then it can go as media mail. i refuse to get caught.

just check and you are correct, they must have changed more things because the last time i looked and asked you couldn't. either way though it is cheaper first class an for media mail has to be over a 1lb and starts at 2.53 where first class is under 13oz cheaper usually and faster
