i have to ask...is the stove real cast iron or wood, and do the pieces on top of the furniture like the vase and the candlestick, do they move or are they attatched?

No, I'm pretty sure it's all plastic & maybe a 1/4"in tall and the pieces are either glued or tacked in, I'm afraid to touch them. Don't want to break it. ;)
