It looks like the item is going for around 20-40 dollars on ebay and every other site I could find, I'm sorry however I don't feel like 1 dollar is a fair offer. 400 credits is comparable to 1 dollar on here approx. I could go about 4000, however I will make you aware that when GIN is used, listia charges the seller 10% credits, and to be fair to myself and my buyers I ask the winner to pay that portion so a GIN at 4000 would be 4400.

You would have to check with Verizon, I cant say with certainty what their activation policy is right now.
