OK... so my ex got this for me.... um..yea.... I think its amethyst??? its definitely purple, I think its sterling... I am 92.5% sure it says .925 inside the band.... ha! I posted a couple pretty decent pics of the inside of the band so u all can see what I see.... it is stamped something with a 2 in the middle I'm sure...... not sure of the size but I'm guessing around a 7ish??? but I posted a pic with a penny.... it does tarnish like silver. never turned my finger green...... this ring is really AWESOME!!.... as long as you didn't date my ex.... yea... in the description i mentioned it... and posted a pic that kinda shows it.... it deff looks like 925... but the 9 is a lil faded..... the 2 is there for sure, the 5 looks faded and like half the 9 is hard to see...... my ex said he paid a lot of money for it.... and i found an add online that looked exactly the same and claimed it was sterling..... me personally.... i think it is .....:)

there are 2 pics that you can see the stamp inside the band.... it actually looks more defined in person. the camera phone makes the numbers a lil more blurry than they actually are
