Yes much more expensive. I don't remember exactly what I paid for the codes (if you go to photostamps.com you can see the prices) but it was well above the typical 8.00. Also, the code includes shipping from USPS , You just upload, edit input the code select 'regular/normal delivery" and you'll get them within a week,
I'll walk the winner through step by step, but it is so simple it is surprising.

Amy, I hope they feature this. It is a neat auction and you deserve to have it featured. Maybe they will reconsider. I know the feeling. I have had some featured, but others not. Like you said, it's mostly the same stuff and people that are featured.

I doubt they will feature it, they don''t seem to like people that go against the status quo/ I've asked them twice and have been ignored each time. Listia can be very subjective and promote their'friends' at the expensive of the rest of us.;

when I was a kid we had a collie and a husky,and the Post Office came out with a stamp with those two dogs on them. I used to carry them around in my wallet.

Yep! You can do just about anything and the quality is very good. If you go to the link -you will see USPS has some restrictions (pornography/threats) but beyond that anything goes..

This is a really fun, creative auction. I want to put my friend on some stamps. It would be funny to send her something and she might notice on the package her picture. I should bid on this- she actually is a listia member who "kicked the habit" so her picture is actually available on this site. Do all the stamps have to be the same picture? Like if I wanted 3 different pictures, would I have to buy 3 books?

They all have to be the same. Look at picture three that is what the sheet of stamps you will receive will look like, it has a nice border that says stamps.com and you could frame them if you wanted to do that.

There was a personal conversation I had wioth one of the monitors (THE GOOD ONE) and asked him why it was not being featured , when at anyone time 5-10 purses and a bunch of PSP games , beads, and baseball cards are featured. His response was that it was because there are links (in my listing) to ouside sources. I've seen featured auctions with such links, and these link (in my listing) are necessary so people can seee for themselves the way USPS prints, delivers and charges for their products..THis is not a cheap product, and going to one of the above mention links explains their printing process,

The flag is no longer visible at the top of the batch-maybe they got sick of our complaining, But I Still doubt they will even consider ott for feature, we can never have enough designer purses or i-phones.

The last pargraph really is important becuase it explains in detail the rules USPS has for these types of stamps (ex. no pornography etc,) how shipping to the person will be handled, gives an overview of what format your images need to be in, how big the stamps will be etc. . I have seen many other auctions provide links such as that especially when the infor is really pertinenet.,

Yep, but it has already passed what I anticipated so anything beyond this is a gift.
Requesting the feature was not about getting more bids, I wanted to see if they trully played favorites the way sooooo many of suspect they do and it does indeed seeem that is the case, they never even responded to the request.

I was trying very hard to boycott the feature option, trying to teach people you could get nice things without 'begging' to be featured aor begging others to ask for you. I thought the favoritism can not posssible be that bad (the same people featured over and over. This is afterall a very unique and not cheap product) - well the joke was on me as well as all the others that are consistenly overlooked for features time and time again ! It sort of reminds me of a 'casting couch' that models and actors have to subject themselves to. LOL

Here's the response I received from listiagent1 when I asked for this to be featured (mine you this is the first thing I have ever asked to be featured, and the first time anythig like tjhis has been lisyed, The following comments are verbatim)

"Thank you for requesting to have your auction(s) featured. We will take a look and consider your request. Please be aware that we can not feature all items that are requested. If we do decide to feature this it will show up automatically on the site.
What do we look for when we feature auctions? Here are a couple things that help:
- Have a nice picture as your first image of the actual item, don't use stock photos. Blurry and out of focus pictures don't showcase your item well either!
- Long vertical images don't work very well on our homepage so try to stick with landscape style photos.
- Be sure you have good seller feedback!
- Include a detailed description of your item.

P.s. What's the difference between the coke and soda codes? People need to log on to those sites to redeem the value. Get your act togeter listia and try and treat people failrly, otherisise you'll be left with the same members bidding on the same things over and over again.

FYI: I was just notifed that this auction will be falgged. Thank you once again Listia for allowing those with the most amount of credist remain the ones with the most amount of credist. The only reason there is a linl to outside websites is becuase you will need to submit your stamps through those websites. But perhaps If i was soeoen that was featured , daily, weekly or many times during one weeek these problems would not exist. TY Again listia, and yes indeed you are trying to make the site a better place for those you deem worthy of benefiting from it. What's next standing in long lines for bread and medicine?
