Sorry for any wrinkles. There are no pleats in the slacks, only wrinkles. Sorry again about that!

I had a hard time measuring. Sometimes I came up with 30", a few times 31", but mostly half-way between the two. I would call it approx. 30-31 inches, or 30.5 inches. Please forgive the lack of exact specificity. I was using a regular bendy metal tape measure, and not the kind a tailor has. I hope this information will still be helpful, though.

OK, I'm not familiar with the word, "boom," but I will do my best. I think I should be measuring inner crotch to very bottom (towards floor) end of pant leg? I will give that measurement. I hope that that is what you are looking for. If not, let me know, and I will give it another try.... Going to go measure now....
