This is a really cool dress or long top from Express. It looks amazing with leggings or skinny pants/jeans! And it is great for layering. You can layer it with shorter sleeve, longer sleeve, depending on the weather. Looks great with very skinny belt added. I wore it a few times. I bought this style in every color they had and I favor one other color, so this one did not get too much wear, it has no piling, no stains, rips, holes, great condition.

Fabric has some stretch in it. I have 40 in hips and it fits me, but very tight. So hips up to 38 in I would say.
