Is the little heart porcelain or something else, and what is the design? Hard to make out in the picture. And what is the chain made of? Watching. It is a beautiful piece. BTW I really like that blue rug(?) with the sun beams on it. Or whatever the design is, it is a pretty blue.

I'm not sure if the little heart is made of glass, hard plastic or porcelain. The design on it is of a blue rose I believe with green leaves. Lol, that is my bedspread with the sun beams on it, I love it too.
