The listing, Antique book."Pocket Code of the Rules of Evidence" has ended.

Found this book in a barn at my Grandma in-laws farm. It is written by John Henry Wigmore and was published by Little, Brown, and Company . Copyrights are dated 1910 and 1915.The printing on the cover is faded but the pages are in very good shape. There is a note written to someone named August from Mac thanking him for his many kind deeds.There is a name stamped on the inside cover. A.A. Bremer.

It is a book that a lawyer would refer to when figuring out what evidence is legal and how to introduce it at trial. It is a pocket sized version of a much larger book that has all the laws in effect back then.
