I ship as soon as I can. Once in a while it does happen to go over the seven days. Due to a bi-weekly pay. I always do my best to have auctions listed in a way to where I can fall into the seven days as stated by listia but sometimes that's not the case. If you do not like this fact please do not bid. I Always send out every other weekend or sooner. I do give a Tracking number, but if I don't it is because I do not have the money at this point and time. Therefore If I send without a tracking number, I am not responsible for package after it leaves my property.

I KEEP MY RECEIPTS FROM THE POST OFFICE IT NORMALLY LISTS THE ADDRESSES I SEND TO.
