I like your terms except I think that if it's the bidders fault that an item was returned it should be fair for you to KEEP the credits since YOU would have honestly done your part you know? I'm just putting that out there but they're good terms.

Thanks for your support and input. Unfortunately, Listia's dispute system doesn't allow members to simply refuse to return credits. I see the " Or I'll keep your credits" posted on multiple ads, and the statement is not realistic. Once a dispute is filed, all the seller can do is dispute in return. It buys time but the moderator determines whether or not credits should be refunded. My only solution is to return the credits then block the person who may have posted an inaccurate address. I've sent packages for online sales for 14 years. I could count the number of returned packages on one hand.
