I got these earring for about $8 for listing here from an eBay Dail Deal. They are 1.5 carat amethysts with Sterling Silver posts.To tell you the truth the setting looks kind of junky if you look at them carefully but the stones themselves are gorgeous. The settings are not die cast but appear to be cut and shaped sheet silver which I guess is easier to make. You have to look pretty closely to see this but I don't want disappointments...
