Has a poke power of Time Skip which says :
once during your turn (before you attack) you may have your opponent flip two coins. If both are heads, your turn ends. If both of them are tails, after your opponent draws a card at the beginning of his/her next turn, his/her turn ends. This power can not be used if dialga is affected by a special condition.

Also has the power metal flash which will cost you 2 metal energy and two other energy to use.

This card is also a promotional card for the 2008 series

One thing though in the upper left hand corner foil did start coming off and I have taped it down. Other then this card is in great condition ;p
