The listing, Ipod touch 2 16gb, great condition with 2 cases has ended.

ipod touch 2 16 gb. In great condition and working order. Screen has zero scratches, back has typical scratches from use. Has been set back to factory settings.

Comes with 2 rubber cases. One black and red, and one green devil case.

NO charger included.

I can answer that, scartlett! The iPod Touch 1st generation was IOS 3.1.3. The second generation is higher.

I am not sure what ios, it has been updated recently, but it is ony a 2, so i know it is not the newest system.
