This very pretty upper chest piercing is a 14G & has 10 crystals total!! 2 on either end of the barbell balls & 8 on the front. Not sure if it is sterling silver, but it originally cost $29.99 at Hot Topic! I never got around to trying it out, but it is New without Tags. Enjoy & Happy Bidding!! (:
