The listing, Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig 1997 23KT Gold Collector Card& 100 watchers has ended.

This auction is for a Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth 23KT Gold collector card in original protective case and certificate of authenticity. I'm also going for my 100 watchers badge. I bought this brand new in 1997 and this is the only time I've taken it out for the pictures. No bends or rips. The case has a crack but that's it.

I've added pictures of the cracks in the case. The cracks do not effect the card. The card is in excellent condition.

it's an authorized collector card with images of their signatures. They died way before any of these collector cards were ever thought of.

Are the signatures real just curious. Doesn't say specifically on certificate or I maybe missing it.

they are athorized photo images of their actual signatures. The actual players passed away way before they ever came out with these cards.

do you know how much weight in gold it is, or if its solid gold?

it's a gold foil collector card and I think they put gold foil over card board for these. I'll have to see if there's anything on the web about them and do an update. Thank you :)
