The listing, Anitque Pie Lifter has ended.

Tin (I'm pretty sure) pie slice lifter with hole for hanging. Stamped on it is "Shera Corp. Hohokus, N.J.", and "Made in U.S.A., Patent Applied For."I was going to use this for an old timey kitchen theme, but my plans have changed.

Questions & Comments

This is actually left in the unbaked pie filling to lift out the first piece of a cooked pie, I believe.

I just checked, and its called a 'Bake In Pie Lifter'. They still sell them new, but I have a fondness for using antiques in my kitchen whenever possible. I believe the generations of 'love' that went into preparing meals for one's family, is a nostalgic touch.
