Ok, this is a really cool Jawbone brand bluetooth device. If you don't know what a bluetooth is, it's that thing that sticks in your ear so you can have a wireless, hands-free, cell phone call. This one has an around-the-ear piece so it doesn't slide around. More details further on. The most important thing about this is that I'm giving it away on Listia, free shipping and all, because I can't guarantee that it works, and since I'm being very up-front about all this, please don't ask for refund if it doesn't. If you don't want to take the risk, please don't bid. But please read on!
Ask any questions you like, I'll answer them as best I can. The facts are thus: I bought this new, several years and several phones ago. I used it VERY infrequently (like, twice?) and stuck it in a drawer and forgot about it. While cleaning out said drawer a few days ago I came across it and charged it up. I can't get it to pair with my current phone (iPhone 5). I find it very likely that it does work, just NOT with an iPhone. But I can't verify that because I only have an iPhone. SO, buyer beware, BUT if it works with YOUR phone, you're getting it for FREE. (I paid a lot more than "free" for it! :)
Ok, and it comes with everything I bought it with. Yup, I stuck all that in the drawer, too. (btw, I stuck it away because I just couldn't get used to that thing in my ear all the time, not because of any fault of the device. I don't like earbuds, either...)
So, check out the pics, it's all there: the bluetooth, the charger (charges by USB or wall outlet), the all-important instructions (English AND French), and the little "customize your fit" box with 3 extra (total of 4) earloops and 2 extra (total of 3) earbuds.
I hope I get a good many credits for this item, but most of all I hope it works, and that it goes to a good home where someone can use it! Because that's why I'm here on Listia! Thanks for reading, and happy bidding! :)

f&w. the maun reason it did not work with the iPhone is because iPhone uses a slightly different bandwidth the this headset offers, plus if this is one of the noise assassin style head sets it would have the unsupported a2dp profile...main point will only work on newer android devices

Thanks.... that's all over my head, I'm no techie! Anyway, that encourages me that this is a good item. I believed all along that it works fine, it's just something that I can't use, and I would love for it to go to someone that CAN use it. And I'm hoping to get a bunch o'credits from this auction. :)

it will work with the iphone 5 i have one and the i phone 5 i couldnt get it to connect and took to att and he shook it 3 times and it then connected

Ok funny and nice way to try and keep people from bidding on something you want. Bluetooth is Bluetooth. The band width is the same across ALL devices. This is mandated by the FCC. Any variation the this would require new licensing and could no longer be called bluetooth. That and by your logic apple would have have to come out with a line of wireless audio devices for the use with the iPhones. Because them other Bluetooth devices would not be able to connect either. If u are going to try and keep people from bidding the do a little research first
