I have an 18 volt skil xdrive 2 speed
cordless drill with 2 batteries works great but charger is shot the battery on the drill only had one cycle one before the charger bit the dust

This is a rough estimate from USPS website and they quoted 39.99

this would fit in a flat rate box for around 15 dollars. hope this helps.
