No corn it is called a corn plant because of the color and look of the leaves.

will you be sending a clipping? rooted? or seed

I will be sending a rooted clipping. I will wrap the roots after they are cleaned with water and dipped into rooting hormone the leaves will have a rubberband loosely arount them to stop them from cracking or tearing which might happen anyway. all you need to do is plant it back into the soil in your favorite pot.
