New black case for whatever you would like. It is large enough for a Notebook 13"x11"x3", but it will expand a little. Has snap flap and zip down sides to open up to use as writing desk. It contains a notepad of paper, a pen holder, 2 pockets, a large pocket for notebook or laptop and business car holder slats. It also has an outside pocket. This came as part of the package we purchased for my Dad's funeral. It contained folders and notebooks with helpful things. I took all the paperwork out and could't see throwing out such a nice case. It came from the Dignity Memorial Corp. and their logo is embossed on the front. Pleas ask any questions you may have.
