Description

The listing, Ringsling + Cloth Diaper Destash Wool & Fleece. Tiered has ended.

These are meant to be worn on the outside of cloth diapers. Variety of Sizes. If you do not cloth diaper these will probably not work for your little one to wear. These are pants designed specifically to fit over cloth diapers.

The two fleece are the soaker in the very middle and the camo longies. All are mom made except the camo longies (they are old navy, but we used them as longies anyways. fleece is fleece).

~Added ring sling by Baby Roo Slings as an item you can choose~ Included in everything if the bidding goes above 5k points (the 5k is basically just to cover enough shipping, I looked at gift cards to get an idea of point value versus dollar value for that number.

Please be aware these all have been through 2 boys, so please be aware they are well loved.

I haven't been on here for a while due to some medical stuff. So I have no idea how well this well do. When I was last on there were several cding parents... hopefully that's still true! Because I do not know how well this will do I am making this a tiered auction. Free shipping inside the US regardless of final tier.

I am starting this at 499 credits, that gets you the two fleece items.

After the 499 every 500 more credits gets you another item, of your choice. So:

499-999= two fliece pieces
1000-1499= two fleece pieces, one wool piece
1500-1999= two fleece pieces, two wool pieces
2000-2499= two fleece pieces, three wool pieces
2500-2999= two fleece pieces, four wool pieces
3000-3499= two fliece pieces, five wool pieces
3500-3999= two fleece pieces, six wool piece
4000-4499= two fleece pieces, seven wool pieces
4500-4999= two fleece pieces, eight wool pieces
5000+= everything pictured!!!

We are moving and these are the items I've decided don't need to come with us =( Part of me wants to keep some of these forever lol.

Nice auction. A lot of us CD parents stopped looking on here because you can no longer auction off used CDs which sucks big time. I wish I had a boy or I would be bidding like crazy! Good luck. Fanned you.

oh, one more question... sorry! what did you normally put these over... prefolds? Cuz when I had the one pair of longies, I guess I was sorta scared to do that, lol, so I just used them over our crappy leaky AIO's... you know the kind where the PUL doesnt work well, lol.

put them over whatever. normally we use fitteds during the day so these went over those. But I put them over pockets if we were going out for some extra protection or at nighttime for the same reason. We don't use prefolds much except for extra inserts. but I don't see how it would be any different then using them over fitteds.

I know! The first ones I messed up were ones I had bought and was just like argh! They are too expensive to destroy that way =( Then my husband destroyed two of the ones I had made trying to help out and wash diapers for me a few months later =( Fun times ;-)

these are handwash and hang dry right? I've only owned one pair of longies and I ruined them because they got mixed in with regular wash :(

They are definitly hand wash and hang dry. I've ruined a few pairs myself that way lol. I'm willing to bet all of us woolie mommies have ;-)

When you say they are "well loved" what does that actually mean? Any holes, rips? A lot of piling? Thanks :)
Feb 2nd, 2013 at 4:02:03 PM PST by
Original
normal wear. no holes or rips- I would have mentioned if there was for sure. I just didn't want someone to be disappointed they weren't new or like new. Some felting, some pilling... basically like they were used by two children lol ;-) Nothing that isn't still functionally or messes with functionality.

has the wool been lanolized?
Jan 25th, 2013 at 3:23:48 PM PST by

It all has at some point. They need to be lanolized again, I might be able to do that before I ship if I can find what box I put our lanolin in.

Ok awesome, so do you think I would get good use out of this size lot with a normal size 12 month old baby? I really need some wool & fleece for her... this lot is amazing if most of it can fit her! I dont really care that some are boy colors!
Jan 28th, 2013 at 6:07:58 AM PST by
Original
I think so, it's mostly medium and up so you should be good. The smallest one I meant to be medium but measured a little small, which is why I called it 'small medium' ;-) Even the smallest one should still fit the average 12 month old at this time, just would be on it's way out.

I will pay you paypal for this entire lot if your interested. I only have 1000 credits as I am new to Listia but need more wool in our stash!

Thank you for the offer but I don't do PayPal, that's why I always do free shipping. After the third time they froze my account cause someone tried to hack it I nolonger felt safe using the service and never unfroze. Sorry, I might post more pieces in the future.

What size baby will these fit? Thanks!
Jan 27th, 2013 at 11:49:17 AM PST by
Original
Variety of sizes. From smaller medium to xlarge. The ring sling is a normal adjustable ringsling. None would fit a newborn, the smallest fit my youngest at around 6 months.
