Thanks for the F&W! I will try to get more oil posted tonight. I will post a couple of my Blu blend. I usually sell this for $20. It is my most expensive blend - the oils used are more exotic than others.

I scrub with baking soda, then use a small amount of peppermint oil to restore the moisture and keep scalp healthy. :)

Blends of pure essential oil:
Theives blend, Fungi Gone blend, Acne Aid blend, Digestion+ blend, Energize blend, Sleep Deep blend, and Blu blend(This one is my favorite - it has same ingredients as doTerra's "Deep Blue")

Pure Unblended oils:
Chamomile, Blue Chamomile, Peppermint, Spearmint, Wintergreen, Cedarwood, Citronella, Camphor, Lemon, Lavender, Bergamont, Tea Tree, Ravintsara, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Star Anise, and Frankincense

I don't think I will be listing my more exotic oils here, though. They are very spendy. - You can make a request, though, and I will consider it.

Blu is a blend of equal parts of: Wintergreen, Peppermint, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, Helichrysum, Ravintsara, and Osmanthus + small amounts of: Spearmint, Frankincense, and Camphor. Together, these oils work miracles on every form of ache, bruising, and inflammation. And it smells like angels! :P

Thieves blend is probably the most famous blend in the world. It was used during the outbreak of the black plague. Thieves would apply this blend to fabric, then wrap it around their nose and mouth, then they were able to enter the homes of the sick without contracting the disease. Thieves oil has powerful antibacterial, antiviral, and antiseptic properties. In fact, since I began using this oil, I have not gotten sick! I apply this blend of cinnamon, clove, lemon, eucalyptus, and rosemary to my clothing, and when there is illness in the home, I drip it on the carpet around the house to keep it from spreading. I also add this to a wet washrag when washing the table or other things. I even add a few drops to the laundry.

Awesome! I'm always excited when others discover essential oils and the benefits they bring! I've had sleeping trouble my whole life, then one day a friend let me try her lavender oil....
Now, several years later, I'm "one of those oil freaks". But I sleep good at night! Tell your brother to ditch his cologne, and use some of your oils instead. The girls will never stop commenting on how good he smells. :P

Essential oils are the essence of the plant which they are labeled as. - Meaning, they are the oils contained a plant. There are 3 most popular methods of extraction, Steam Distilled (steam is forced through the plant material, extracting it) Cold Pressing ("Squeezing" the oil out with kinetic force), and solvent extraction (Using alcohols, etc to cause the oil to emulsify into the solvent - My oils are NOT obtained wit this method)
So, to answer your question directly - Yes these oils can be put in a diffuser, yes they can be used as perfume, and yes they can be used for their health and therapeutic benefits! :) They are also often used in foods. Peppermint candies usually contain peppermint oil, Licorice usually has Anise, or Star Anise oil, etc.
So, a person can really use these oils in a large variety of ways. 2 "odd" uses I use them for: Put a blend on my dog to keep her from getting ticks. I use it to lubricate door hinges in the home. Smells way better than WD40, and works just as good!

If you have trouble sleeping, you should try my Sleep Deep blend. It contains Lavender, Chamomile, Frankincense, and Star Anise - All of which have relaxing properties.
