boys 0-3 ...the pants are baby by bon bebe brand . the tan stripped onesie is a carter brand.the tan and green onesie is a oky dokie brand. the long sleeved one is a faded glory..all are in excellent used condition.

before you bid here are my terms..i expect communication...communication is the key to a smooth transaction.I would like a verified address. i have had trouble before with not hearing from bidders and sellers at all...i have also had bad transaction from non verified addresses....I do not like leaving negative feedbacks..i am tired of dealing with dishonest people.. I like good transactions where both parties are happy...this site is supposed to be fun...

Here's a TIP .... learned the hard way... not so lol :o)
I would change : "I would like a verified address" to: " I only accept verified address as per Listia Rules" ... then you are covered...

When I first started I learned really quick to use Tracking for $2 to avoid refunding credits to people who DID get the item and lied about it.
Recently,
I had someone email a typed addy 15 days After! listing ended. then threw a fit! Said they were going to "report me" cause I wouldnt send the item that was Relisted & Sold to someone honest... who posted her addy same hour as it ended!
Listia sided with me cause I firmly state what I require. Oh, and 7 days doubled! That person should be banned.

I hope you have better luck... I love Listia ...but too am disgusted with dishonesty.

To cre8ivekat..First of all I love your ID..very original! Great tips and I agree 100% with using tracking for everything! I even use it when I the shipping fee to someone. Listia recommends that you use tracking when shipping your items to the winner because this will help you in a dispute if a winner claims they didn't get the package. Also you can track the package to see when they'll get it! I guess so far I've been very lucky with my winners and haven't had anyone not get their items! It does make it hard on everyone when some feel they have to be dishonest about if they got their items or not.
Watching & fanned you! And most definatly word it as "Listia Approved Addresses ONLY"!! Good luck with your auction!
