I am offering this 250 GB Western DigitalLaptop HDD. I got it when I upgraded my moms laptop to a bigger hdd. I have tested through full diagnostics checks, all of which came back 100% clear of any bad sectors, errors, etc.
I also know it worked fine when I upgraded moms machine,

You cant have a "C" drive without an OS, windows to be specific. So you mean you want it formatted for Windows? Are you intending to put an OS on it, or use it for storage/backup? I can format it appropriately for you if you let me know what you intend to use it for.
