Yes it can be added to any *Verizon only* plan. Yes i does have a clean number on it. Me and my wife got it and never decided to use it.

Im pretty sure you could but im not positive on that one. I guess like any smart phone you could download music to the mini SD card such as an 8gb and store plenty of music. It does have a headphone output on the top of the phone. If you would like i can post a pic of the top of the phone for you.
