This is three packs of pre-painted transfers. Very easy to apply. Just peel of backing apply to surface ( walls, furniture, appliances etc.) then rub the transfer onto the surface remove plastic coating and thats it. It leaves a beautiful painted transfer onto surface that can even be cleaned later and it does rub off without scrubbing it off. Works great!!
