there are 39 of these never opened it came with an easel i got my daughter . none of them are opened , there is a mixture of oil,water-acrylic paints, they are new never opened but there is some paint on the tubes due to they were thrown in with other paints !!! i am asking for 3.00 s&h due to weight if you cant pay shipping please dont bid !!!

Are the oils water based? I paint with acrylics but want to try water based oils.
