Brand new open box COBY 2.1 CH MULTIMEDIA SPEAKER SYSTEM. Standard sized earbud plug end for mp3 player smartphone or laptop. Great sound with power in/off switch and bass volume controls on back of subwoofer. This is brand new only opened to hook up once to compare sound with other speaker system I got for Christmas. Don't need two so this ones up for auction. Happy bidding!!!

No, I don't think it's been done away with completely. There is a new one called parcel select, but it's only for high volume businesses. Back east there is another option now, but I don't know what it is. This is just what it is now in Cali. It would probably be wise to check with your local post office.

@verticulator...you may want to check usps.com as my post office and the website are showing "parcel post" has been changed to "standard post" & it may still be available in CA
