Here is a very cool dress by Express. You gonna love it! It is wrap dress, but it also has awesome details, like rushing around bust line, and very interesting neckline, so it is casual chick. I wore it 5-6 times, but the fabric is really awesome on this dress, so it shows no signs of wear. It is cotton blend with lycra, so it has nice stretch to it, and if the measurements are close to the dress measurements, it´s gonna contour your body like a glove.

waist 16 (but it is wrap dress so it could be more)
hips up to 20 in (this is what I have and it fits me)
