13 1/2 " long, 11" across the back where the legs go in, velcro to velcro on the neck area 17 ", Middle velcro 22", Bottom velcro 21" ~ Hope that helps!!

It is Size Medium and fits my Bichon who weighs about 12 pounds - probably too big for the petite princesses unfortunately. :-(

I understand ! I only wish my Bichon WOULD wear it ! It is honestly very pretty, I think even a deeper purple than shows in the picture. Very striking for a 4-legged Princess!
