Nice black miniskirt fabric and pretty beaded detail. Gently used and in great shape. Size M, size 7-8 would fit it best. The edges are cut at different lengths which gives it a layered appearance. One of my favorite pieces.

Oh I think it would. I'm 5'5 and it would probably be the length as most mini skirts nowadays, except my booty is too big for a skirt like this haha.
