Not the greatest shape, There are scratches and signs of wear and a monster sticker on battery cover but it works.
For some reason my husband wasnt able to receive or send picture messages . We never tried to figure out what was wrong with it , we just upgraded him to the IPHONE so we do not need this anymore.

Powers up fine and charges . As you can see in the pictures, there is a small thin piece of the faceplate on top that is missing. This does not affect the phone at all.

He used this phone up until two months ago when he upgraded.
Im sure someone who knows about electronics can work on the issues but the phone is listed as is and pictures show the faceplate damage.
This was used on the sprint network.
