I won this monroe, labret, lip, jewelry in a lot online and I wouldn't wear this color. It is brand new. The first picture is one I took and the second is the company stock photo. The only piece you get is the one with out the red line through it. The post is surgical steel 16 gauge and the length is 5/16. The ball is acrylic or some sort of plastic. I can never find anything in 5/16 length locally, including the shop I got all my work done at. Even though this is new please sterilize it before use.
