The listing, HOT Hungarian Paprika Seeds 30 has ended.
These are Hungarian paprika seeds. I can't remember which variety they are, possibly Alma. They are hungarian paprika seeds. I grew these last year in my sister's garden. The peppers were much smaller than I expected, just about 2 inches or so. The plants were so heavy, they fell over. Next year, I will stake or put a tomato cage around them.
They are very hot. Well, for me anyway. So when you clean them and work with them, take time to wash your hands thoroughly, several times, or wear gloves. And whatever you do, don't touch your face. Trust me on this one.
I don't have a dehydrator, but I dehydrated the peppers in a low heat oven and used my blender to crush them. But be aware that it will take a lot of little peppers to get one jar of paprika. But it is definitely worth it.
The winner will receive at least 30 seeds.
