Savage is a persistent problem on Listia ... so don't worry about anything he says. He offered a $100 gift card on Listia and then immediately reneged on it, created near riot on one of Listia's rewards auctions. Just ignore him, he's clearly not got all his nuts on the tree.

You can't put a cap on the bid. The original description doesn't have a cap. You will have to give the person the correct amount that they win.
