This game is new, never been played. only taken out of case for pics. The cover has slight wear just from being in the closet but you can hardly notice it.

*windows 7, vista, xp sp1&2
*pentium iv 1.2 ghz processor or faster
*256 mb ram or greater
*800 x 600 minimum screen resolution
*directx 9.0c with compatable video and sound cards
*800 mb hard drive space

I think it can work on Windows 8. I know it at least can be played on windows 7 because it has product compatibility built into it. Which allows older software to be played.
