i believe i already posted a pic of the bottom; i didn't notice a sticker but i'll check again n if there is i'll get a closer shot when i get home from work tonight
F.y.i. you should keep the video card in the anti-static bag it came in.. If your body is carrying an electrical charge, { remember when you were a kid and you would drag your feet with socks on, on the carpet and then touch whoever and it would shock them?} Same principal here, unless you discharge your body of any static electricity you will short out the circuit board and never even realize it until you go to use it and what worked before no longer does. The best way to do this is touch something that is grounded, like where you plug the power cord in to the computer. just unplug the cord from computer, then touch the round prong that the cord had connected too, then as long as you don't move around to much or drag your feet. You can handle these safely until installed or placed back into anti-static bag it came in. And that folks is your computer lesson for the day. F&W
lol you're too cool.. but i'm already ahead of you. it's actually been stored in the anti-static bag inside the box it originally came in. i took it out to take pics cuz you can't see through the bag hehe but seriously... i hadn't realized the human touch could create that much damage. thanks for the info. it was very informative n good to know :o)
