You're bidding on a silver iPod nano, this is the 3rd generation. The back is pretty scratched up, the screen is much less scratched though. This iPod still works, I have a picture of it turned on. It will be fully charged when it arrives, however it doesn't come with a charger or headphones unless bidding gets high enough. (I will go out and buy a charger/headphones.)
This will be sent in a bubble mailer, also surrounded in more bubble wrap to ensure protection.

if bidding gets high enough, you will also receive headphones and a charger! you will also receive tracking number if you wish. (only if bidding gets to a reasonably high amount. this stuff isn't cheap!)
