Herring bone necklace it says 925 made in italy and it says i love you stamped all over one side of the necklace but the necklace looks like it has a gold tone to it (very nice) and its got a little tarnish do to sitting around for along time

can the tarnish come off of the necklace if you have it cleaned

i'm sure it can it was real tarnished but i cleaned it alittle bit myself with soap and water and it looks good i mean it's really nice to where you can put it on as soon as you get it
