no its not stone but I am going to go with a softer type of plastic kinda waxy but its not wax I have no idea what its made out if but its not heavy... hope that helps sorry I couldn't help more there is no markings that I can see to indicate any authenticity

The stones are turqoise and do you know what the rose is carved out of or is it plastic. pls answer and can you offer a GIN

I dont know what the rose is made out of I am going to go with a softer plastic if that makes sense its not a hard plastic maybe like a waxy kind of material and I would consider GIN offers as long as there are no bids
