shipping! WHY so much?

Hi there,
thanks for visiting my listing! The shipping is high due to the increased rates imposed by USPS this new year and the transaction fee taken by PayPal when winner makes payment (for more information on that, read through the guidelines/FAQs of your paypal account). Free shipping is an option if you use GIN so feel free to leave a comment with your highest credit offer. Or Reduced shipment can be provided if you win several auction items.

i luv this & do have a paypal but unsure how 2 use it 2 pay u i always only use it online shopping when it gives u the option at ck out
