Dragonfire just wants you to write your listia name on a piece of paper and take a picture of the case/clutch with the paper. That way everyone can see that you actually have it in your possession. possession. That's usually for high end items like cell phones though. :)

If in total It's 4 3/4 inch long and 2 3/4 inch wide. the thickness total must be 1/2 inch wide or less :) sorry had to google what an otter box was

Phones smaller than those total dimensions will fit as well. It has an elastic strap that holds the phone in place.
