Pineapples are super easy to grow and make awesome plants. In 2-3 years, you will have your own pineapples to eat and enjoy.

Pineapples like full to part sun and very little water. the grow quite large. Mine is 2 years old and is 2 1/2 feet tall and about 3 feet wide. Kept in pots as they do not like the cold, they will get as big as the pot you put them in.

I live in Zone 4. Can I grow them inside during the cold season?

absolutely! I bring mine in when the temps get consistently below 45-50. put them in a sunny window and they will be fine. the bigger the pot, the bigger the plant. :)

these are cold hardy in zone 10-11. I bring mine in when temps get below 45. they do love the sun and part shade tho
